IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS!
Due to changes within the Polish and international postal system, I had to split my shipping options into two.
Right now, you can choose between two shipping variants:
1. STICKERS AND PRINTS - please use this option ONLY if you're purchasing flat items like prints and stickers, as the title implies. This option is less expensive, however I cannot include any non-flat goods (like keychains, lanyards etc.) in the same package within this price range.
2. GLOBAL Express - please use this option if you're buying any non-flat goods, like keychains, lanyards, standees, bags, etc.
Due to Bigcartel's limitations, both options will appear during checkout so it's up to the client to pick the correct shipping option.
If you accidentally choose the wrong shipping option, you will be contacted so you can pay the remaining due amount or cancel your order.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS.
Due to the new tariff laws, currently I am unable to ship non-flat goods to the US via the regular postal system.
I am currently working on setting up a separate store front for US clients so they can at least be able to purchase prints and stickers from me. More info on that soon!

1. Where are the orders shipped from?
All of the orders are hand-packed and shipped from Kraków, Poland.
2. When will my order be shipped?
The orders are usually sent each Wednesday or Thursday (excluding holidays), depending on my workload. If there are any delays (for example, due to health-related reasons) a necessary update will be posted on the site.
3. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders (in Poland) usually take between 1 to 3 days to arrive, depending on the shipping option chosen. There is also an option for in-person pick-up if you want to pick up your order during a specific convention that I am going to attend.
International orders usually take between 7 to 20 days to arrive, but that time can change due to many factors (weather, holidays, etc.).
All of the orders are sent via regular post and/or Global Express, therefore packages, which travel overseas, may take longer to arrive.
Please note that orders from outside the European Union may be up for additional import fees collected in the country of destination directly from the buyer.
4. My order did not arrive. What do I do?
Some orders may take longer to arrive due to multiple unexpected factors. Make sure to check your tracking often to see the status of your shipment.
If your package is missing or being returned, contact me immediately through the contact form!
For UK clients: if you haven't received your order in approx. 30 days, please contact me.
For Canadian / South American clients: if you haven't received your order in approx. 2 months, please contact me so we can resolve the issue. Some packages, which travel overseas, may be stuck in harbor traffic.
5. Do you accept refunds?
The orders are not up for refunds after they have been mailed, however if you're having any issues with your order please contact me through the contact form or via my social media DMs.
6. Do you accepts payments via PayPal?
Unfortunately, PayPal is not an available payment method at the moment due to high processing fees.
